Customer Service Coordinator

Pay: £25,000.00 - £26,000.00 per year

 

 
Purpose of the role
 
The Customer Service Coordinator is an integral member of the customer service team working primarily with the commercial sales and operational teams to support our customers and end users.
Responsibilities & Duties
  • Processing orders received by fax, email and over the telephone.
  • Answering and recording all customer contact on the CRM (emails, phone calls etc.).
  • Keep the customer informed if the delivery date cannot be met because:
    • There is a price discrepancy on their order that needs to be resolved.
    • If there will be a delay supplying a product.
    • Their account is currently on hold.
  • Record any pricing variances in the system as per the process and inform the customer so it can be resolved in a timely manner.
  • Deal with all customer queries, requests and issues promptly, escalate and ask for help if necessary.
  • Build product knowledge across all brands of the business.
  • Following the processes and maintain any applicable files, databases etc.
  • Build a strong relationship with the commercial and operational teams.
  • Support the warehouse with any order queries.
  • Assist with any other general office duties.
  • Assist with Amazon order processing.

Experience, knowledge & qualifications required for the role
  • Excellent customer service skills.3 years (required)
  • Able to talk with customers and end users and build a good relationship.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good team player.
  • Good time management.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook and Excel).
